Teen Mentoring Programs,
Omaha, NE
Our teen mentoring programs provide daily structure, one-on-one guidance, and a safe place to build confidence. These youth development services support education, creative outlets, recreation, and meals that teens learn to prepare. Through teen mentoring programs, we remove barriers with scholarships and transportation. We serve Omaha, Council Bluffs, Ralston, Florence, Crescent, Bellevue, Waterloo, and Jefferson.
Programs & Impact
Teen Solutions Foundation
Teen Solutions’ core program helps challenged teens build skills, confidence, and direction.
We provide daily structure and support during our reporting hours—not to enable, but to empower each teen to take an active role in positive changes in their own lives. We’re here to support the teen who can benefit from guidance, offering a safe, nurturing environment with one-on-one mentorship, education support, creative outlets, recreation, meals they learn to prepare, and a family-like atmosphere. Teens report daily from 9 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–9 PM, with pick-up and drop-off from home or school to ensure accessibility. Referrals primarily come from probation officers, but we welcome other family’s, stakeholders and outreach.
Through the Foundation, we’re enhancing this model with grant funding and donations:
- Hiring qualified paid staff, including employment specialists and additional instructors for creative classes like pottery, art, or production/design engineering (to inspire interests like podcasting).
- Providing nutrition education and cooking workshops (e.g., with a chef) to teach healthy meal preparation; funds for better groceries to enhance our meal provisions (at least one per shift, often more).
- Offering expanded transportation assistance beyond daily pick-up/drop-off, including rides to appointments, school, or other needs.
- Awarding scholarships to remove financial barriers—extending support to families who reach out directly and demonstrate need.
Our Track Record
